Once your return has been delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for this to be inspected and received in by our Inbound team, and for your refund to be processed.

You will receive a separate confirmation email once this has been actioned.

If you have not received the confirmation email 5-7 business days after delivery, please don't hesitate to get in touch again where we can look into it further for you.

Once you have received the confirmation email, please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to credit the value back to your account. This is outside the control of New Era Cap.
