How do I return something?Updated a year ago

As per the Returns and Refunds policy, we are happy to offer free returns on full price and promotional items within 30 days of the order being delivered, provided your item/s is unused and with original tags and packaging.

To get the return process started, please head to our return portal here and follow the steps to submit your return request and download a postage label.

Please note that any items returned that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the original shipping address. We appreciated your understanding in this.

At this stage we do not offer exchanges, so if you wish to receive a different size or product, you can place another order at your convenience.
