When will my order arrive?

Orders are estimated to begin leaving our warehouse from mid to late April 2026. Please note that this is an estimate only; while we strive to meet this timeframe, shipping dates are subject to change based on production and logistics schedules.

What happens if there are further delays?

While we aim to get your gear to you as quickly as possible, delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Should there be a significant deviation from our estimated shipping window, we will provide you with an update via email. Your rights to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law remain protected in the event of an unreasonable delay
