Mid-Year Sale Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Period
The Mid-Year Sale (“Promotion”) is an ongoing markdown event hosted by New Era Cap Australia Pty Limited (ABN 74 149 705 993). The Promotion does not have a set closing date and will run strictly while stocks last. New Era Cap Australia reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Promotion, or modify the included product range, at any time without prior notice.
2. Offer Details
Prices for all items included in the Mid-Year Sale are as marked on the product pages. No promotional code or further discount is required at checkout. The marked sale price is final and represents the complete discount offered for that specific style.
3. Exclusions
- This Promotion applies exclusively to items already marked as Sale on the New Era Cap Australia website.
- Full-priced items are not eligible for this Promotion.
- No further discounts, price reductions, or any other offers and codes/coupons apply in conjunction with this Promotion unless otherwise stated.
4. Stock Availability
All items are available strictly while stocks last. Items are subject to rapid stock fluctuations and may sell out quickly. Placing an item in your shopping bag does not reserve the stock; your purchase is only secured and confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued. New Era Cap Australia does not guarantee the availability of any markdown stock.
5. Final Sale & Returns Policy
All items purchased within the Mid-Year Sale are classified as Final Sale.
Please choose carefully, as these items are strictly ineligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, style preference, or incorrect size selection.
Your Consumer Guarantees: This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If an item arrives genuinely faulty, damaged, or incorrectly described, you are fully entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or repair).
Quality Assessment: All returned items suspected of a manufacturing fault will undergo a routine quality assessment by our team. Remedies will not be provided for items deemed to have suffered damage through abnormal wear-and-tear, misuse, or intentional damage.
6. Price Adjustments & Retroactive Discounts
As the price paid is correct at the time of the transaction, this Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to any orders placed prior to the commencement of the Promotion. We are unable to provide partial refunds or price matches for items purchased at a higher price before the Promotion Period. As all Sale items are Final Sale, they are not eligible for return or repurchase at the discounted rate, except as required by law.
7. General Terms & Limitation of Liability
New Era Cap Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
