1. Promotion Period
The AFL & NRL Limited Time Offer (“Promotion”) commences at 5:00 PM AEST on 23 April 2026. The Promotion will conclude at 11:59:59 PM AEST on 29 April 2026. New Era Cap Australia Pty Limited (ABN 74 149 705 993) reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, or while stocks last.
2. Offer Details
AFL & NRL Limited Time Offer: 30% Off Selected Full-Priced Items, get an extra 30% of Sale items
Full-Priced Items: Eligible customers will receive 30% off the original price of selected full-priced AFL & NRL styles. These items remain eligible for our standard return and refund policy.
Sale Items: Receive a further 30% off the current marked price of AFL & NRL products already designated as Sale items (“Eligible Sale Items”).
Final Sale Policy: Please choose carefully, as all items purchased from the Sale category (items with a further 30% discount applied to an already reduced price) are considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Exclusions: This offer applies strictly to selected AFL & NRL merchandise and cannot be combined with any other voucher or promotional code.
3. Redemption & Sale Price Display
No promotional code is required to access the discount. The reduced sale price for Eligible Items will be automatically applied and visibly reflected in your Bag, as well as at Checkout.
4. Exclusions
This Promotion applies exclusively to selected AFL & NRL items as designated on the website.
All other products, including full-priced items and Sale items outside of the selected AFL & NRL collection, are strictly excluded.
No further discounts, price reductions, or any other offers, codes, or coupons apply in conjunction with this Promotion unless otherwise stated.
5. Stock Availability & Missing Out
All offers are available while stocks last. Items are subject to availability and may sell out quickly. Placement of an item in the shopping bag does not reserve the stock; your purchase is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed. New Era Cap Australia does not guarantee the availability of stock.
6. Shipping
Standard shipping fees and return policies apply to all orders placed during the Promotion. For details, please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy.
7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Items purchased within the AFL & NRL "Sale" category (items already marked as Sale) are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Selected full-priced AFL & NRL items purchased at 30% off remain eligible for returns and refunds in accordance with our standard policy.
While this does not exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods, all returned items will undergo a quality assessment. Remedies will not be provided for items deemed to have been damaged through abnormal use or intentional damage. Please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
8. Price Adjustments & Retroactive Discounts
As the price paid is correct at the time of the transaction, this Promotion cannot be applied retroactively to any orders placed prior to the commencement of the Promotion. We are unable to provide partial refunds or price matches for items purchased at a higher price before the Promotion Period. As all Sale items are Final Sale, they are not eligible for return or repurchase at the discounted rate, except as required by law.
9. General Terms & Limitation of Liability
New Era Cap Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
